You can request 2, 3, 4 or 5 star hotels in Aguas Calientes instead of the basic hostel that would already be included.

You are picked up from the hotel between 7:00 to 7:30am, to leave the city of Cusco at 8:00 am, in our tour we will pass through the Sacred Valley of the Incas and then continue the journey through a winding ridge heading to the Malaga open which is the highest point of the route, located at a height of 4,316 m.a.s.l., from where we can appreciate the most wonderful landscapes of the Peruvian geography.
Then we will begin to descend towards jungle brow, passing through different altitudinal floors that combine paradisiacal landscapes of majestic snowfall, until arriving at Alfamayo, place from where the road begins, (without asphalt) where we will continue to the village of Sta. Maria, located at an altitude of 1575 m.s.n.m, where we will make a brief stop and then continue the journey to the town of Santa Teresa, where we will be expecting a typical local lunch with a variation of food to the taste of the customer and finally arrive at Hidroeléctrica, where you should approach the train station if you want to go by train from Hidroeléctrica to Aguas Calientes and buy your train tickets, the travel time is 50 minutes. And in case you want to go on foot, the travel time is about 3 hours.
The meeting point in Aguas Calientes will be in the Plaza de Armas, where our guide will call you by name to transfer you to your hostel, In the evening you will have dinner with the group and there the guide will give you all the necessary information for your tour to Machu Picchu the next day.
They will have the option of being able to climb to Machupicchu by bus or on foot, breakfast will be served from 5:00 a.m., the guided tour will start at 7:00 a.m. and will last at least 2 hours, then enjoy free time, calculating the time to return to Aguas Calientes and pick up your luggage at the hostel, at approximately 11:30 a.m. must be ready, as is the time recommending to board the train leaving Aguas Calientes at 12:35pm, or to start the hike to Hidroeléctrica where our transport will be waiting for us to return and make a stop in Santa Teresa, where they will be given a free time of approximately 1 hour. so that they can take their food or use the services, later we will continue with our return to Cusco by the same route that we arrive, arriving at 9:30 p.m. approximately.
The tour included visits to the many different areas of Machu Picchu, including the Sun Temple, Intihuatana, and the Sacred Plaza. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a unique way to experience the amazing beauty of Machu Picchu!
