COLONIAL CHURCH OF ANDAHUAYLILLAS

ARCHAEOLOGICAL CENTER OF RAQCHI

“Temple of God Wiracocha” This archaeological complex was actually a “Tambo” that is located on the route of Cusco with Lake Titicaca, in this place you can see houses, temples, palaces, astronomical observatories, food storage, walls. The architectural complex of Raqchi is one of the most important constructions of the Inca Empire, characterized by its strange and extraordinary architectural technique, totally different from the other constructions of the Incas.

Visiting the Raqchi Archaeological Site was a truly incredible experience. The ruins of the Temple of Wiracocha, the ancient Incan God, were awe-inspiring, and the stunning views of the snow-capped mountains in the background were breathtaking.
